A local guide with a simple promise
Honest information about buying property around Trogir — from people who know the area, without the sales pressure.
Our story
International buyers researching the Croatian coast face a strange landscape: enormous portals with thousands of interchangeable listings, agency websites that all promise the same things, and very little honest, local information in English about what it's actually like to buy and own here.
Trogir Property Guide was created to fill that gap for one small, remarkable corner of Dalmatia: Trogir, the island of Čiovo and the villages of Seget. Instead of trying to list everything, we curate — a small selection of properties from licensed local agents, area guides written with local knowledge, and a plain-language buying guide that tells you what to expect, including the parts that need care.
What we do — and what we don't
What we do
- Publish local area guides and buying information for international buyers
- Showcase curated property listings from licensed Croatian agencies
- Forward buyer enquiries directly to the responsible agency
- Feature trusted local services around property and ownership
What we don't do
- We are not a real estate agency or broker and don't sell property
- We don't negotiate prices or represent buyers or sellers
- We don't give legal or tax advice — we point you to professionals who do
- We don't publish listings without the licensed agent's approval
Rooted in the Trogir area
This guide is run from the area it covers. We walk the same riva, watch the same building projects go up, and hear which cafés survive the winter. That local grounding is the whole point: when an area guide says a village is quiet in February, it's because we've been there in February.
Questions, corrections or ideas for the guide are always welcome at info@trogirpropertyguide.com.
