Trogir Property Guide is a local, editorial platform — buying guides, area knowledge and a curated property showcase built to attract serious international buyers, the kind who have done their homework.
When a visitor is interested in one of your listings, the enquiry will go straight to your agency. You remain the responsible agent, run the viewing and close the deal. We provide the presentation and the audience it builds.

Send us the properties you'd like showcased. We'll prepare an English-language presentation in the site's editorial style and submit it for your approval — nothing will be published without your sign-off.

Where the buyers already are
Alongside this site we run the Trogir and Čiovo property community on Facebook — several thousand members, around a quarter of them in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. It is a public group. You can look at it before you talk to us.
For a Croatian agency there is one point in that: the buyers who are hardest to reach from Trogir are reading about the area months before they book a viewing trip. They are already there.
We sell no leads and take no commission. What we can offer is visibility in front of those people, with your name on it and enquiries going straight to you.
Founding partner offer
